Refunds & Cancellations

For all custom stationery projects, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your spot on my calendar. This retainer secures your design time and reflects the value of holding space in my schedule—once your date is booked, I turn away other projects to focus on yours. The remaining 50% balance is due when your suite is approved for production.

Because each project is uniquely created for you, the retainer is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel before your designs have gone to print, no further payment will be owed (unless additional design services have been requested beyond your original package).
Once your suite has entered production, no refunds can be issued. By moving forward with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Contact Form Submissions

When you share details about your event through my inquiry form, that information is used solely to connect with you about your stationery needs. Submitting an inquiry doesn’t guarantee a booking or reserved space on my calendar. Your spot is secured once a proposal is accepted and the retainer is paid. I value your privacy and will never sell or share your information with third parties.
